PARKING MANAGEMENT
The short term car park (STCP) consists of 4 parking blocks - Block A, B, C and D - with a total of 6,208 parking bays for the public.
- Block A - currently closed to all users
- Block B and Block C - open for public parking
- Block D - for KLIA staff only and closed for public parking

BUS SERVICES
There are 12 bus bays at the Bus Terminal on the Ground Floor of Block C. The bus services available are:

- Airport Coach - KLIA – Nilai
- KLIA - LCCT
- KLIA – Kuala Lumpur (Jalan Duta)
Triton
- KLIA – Ipoh
- KLIA – Temerloh

PARKING BAYS/LOTS
There are 11 parking bays for physically challenged/disabled users at Level 2, Block B and also 7 parking bays at Level 2, Block C.
There are 253 parking bays for car rental operators at the Ground Floor of Block D.
The parking bays are all connected to the Main Terminal Building through 2 skybridges.
- Level 2 Block B, and
- Level 2 Block C
For our customers' convenience, we provide 'Level Counting Indicator' at every level of the parking building. The'Level Counting Indicator' will show the availability of parking lots at a particular level. Do take note of this indicator as it will assist you in locating available parking lots.
In addition, we have clear indication of each aisle for quick and easy identification of parking location. For example, C-2-6.
C - indicates Block Name (Block C)
2 - indicates Level (Level 2)
6 - indicates Aisle Number (Aisle Number 6)
For further convenience, different coloured chip coins are used for different parking blocks.

The normal rate will be re-applied after the 24th hour of parking charge.
The parking charges must be paid at the various autopay stations available or at the Counter at each Level 2 at Block B and C. Parking charges can also be paid via credit cards and cash. Season pass holders may pay their monthly parking charges at the autopay stations.
The parking rates are inclusive of 5% service tax, as required by the Malaysian Government. |

LOSS OF CHIP COIN
A RM50.00 penalty charge, together with the required parking charges, will be imposed for any loss or damage of the chip coin.
CLAMPING PENALTY
In addition, the Management also imposes clamping on any vehicle parked outside the allocated parking lots. A penalty of RM100.00 will be imposed to release the clamp.
MOTORCYCLE PARKING
The parking lots for motorcycles are located at the Ground Floor, Block A, STCP Building and the parking charge is RM1.00 per entry. |

AIRSIDE TRANSIT HOTEL (ATH)
The Airside Transit Hotel (ATH) is conveniently located at Satellite A, for transit passengers to stay and rest before the next flight. The hotel's facilities and services include:-
- 80 well-furnished rooms with attached bathroom, television and in-room safe
- 24-hour reception
- Gymnasium
- Lounge Bar Café
- Shower facilities
- Spa and sauna
It is located at the airside area, which means that passengers do not have to:
- check-out at the Malaysian Immigration or Customs
- go through the baggage collection process
- incur costs for passenger service charges and taxi charges.
ROOM RATES (APPLICABLE FROM 1st JANUARY 2007)
The room charges are based on per block rate of 6-hours.
- Standard room-RM140 (12 rooms)
- Deluxe room-RM200(18 rooms)
- Superior room-RM160(49 rooms)
- Suite room-RM230 (1 room)
- An extra bed will cost RM30 (maximum of 1 additional person for deluxe room)
- A charge of RM20 per hour up to a maximum of 9 hours only will be levied for additional hours of stay.
The rates for the facilities offered are:-
- Shower rate is RM20 per person
- Gym and Shower rate is RM30 per person
- Sauna and Shower rate is RM30 per person
- Internet charge is RM35 per hour per person.

SOUTHERN COMMON AMENITIES FACILITIES (SCAF)
This area offers banking and retail facilities to travellers. It is located within the vicinity of the cargo area.

From 1 June 2006, all vehicles entering the SCAF area will incur parking charges. The parking charges are as follows:- |
