1 The Indulge and Win Contest (“Campaign”) starts from 1 September 2011 and ends on 31 January 2012 (“Campaign Period”) involving five (5) participating airports which are KL International Airport (KLIA) & Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT- KLIA), Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA), Kuching International Airport (KIA), Langkawi International Airport (LIA) and Penang International Airport (PIA) (“Participating Airports”).
   
2 This Campaign organized by Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“MAHB”) is open to all individuals aged 18 and above except the employees and immediate family members of MAHB, its promotion, advertising and PR agencies, their subsidiaries and associate companies, all employees of participating retailers at the Participating Airports
   
3 For a minimum purchase of RM250 or above (subject to accumulation of three (3) transaction receipts for purchases made within 24 hours from the time of the first purchase and credit/debit card transactions by the same cardholder) at any retail or food & beverage outlets in the Participating Airports, participants are entitled to an Instant Reward of one (1) RM10 voucher and an entry form. There are two tiers to the Campaign:
 
a Tier 1 (Instant Rewards):
 
 
  • Redemption of the Instant Gift is available at the designated Redemption Booths at the Participating Airports from November 2011 to January 2012 only.
 
  • There will be five (5) redemption booths in KLIA, four (4) in LCCT-KLIA, two (2) in PIA, one (1) in LIA, four (4) in KIA, three (3) in KKIA Terminal 1 and two (2) in KKIA Terminal 2.
 
  • Redemption booth operating hours:
    - 9a.m. to 9p.m. at PIA, LIA, KIA and KKIA
    - 6a.m. to 12a.m. at KLIA & LCCT-KLIA.
i. Participants who make a minimum purchase of RM250 using their MasterCard branded cards during the Campaign Period will be entitled to two (2) RM10 cash vouchers and an entry form.
ii.

All cash vouchers must be utilized by 29th February 2012. Vouchers may be utilized at any of the retailers at all of the five (5) Participating Airports.

   
 
b Tier 1 (Instant Rewards):
 
i. Participants are required to correctly answer the question in the entry form. Each entry form must be completed and submitted together with the original receipt(s) (subject to accumulation of three (3) transaction receipts for purchases made during the Campaign period and credit/debit card transactions by the same cardholder). An entry number will be given to each qualified correct entry received.
ii.

Participants who make purchases using MasterCard branded cards during the Campaign Period will be awarded an extra entry number for every qualified entry received.

   
4 Prizes:
 
a. Monthly First Prize
Two (2) winners will be selected from each participating airport each month from the qualified entries submitted between September to December 2011 and three (3) winners will be selected from each participating airport each month from qualified entries submitted in January 2012. There are a total of sixty six (66) Monthly First Prizes. Each prize consists of two (2) return MAS Business Class tickets to Kota Kinabalu or Langkawi (ex-Kuala Lumpur), 3D/2N stay in Hyatt Regency, Kota Kinabalu or Westin Hotel, Langkawi and holiday package itinerary for two (2) persons. Prizes will be issued in the form of vouchers and are subject to further Terms and Conditions as stated on the vouchers and/or by the appointed travel agent. Travel period is between 1 March 2012 to 31 July 2012. All bookings must be made at least 14 days before the travelling date. Flights and rooms are subject to availability and daily quota. All vouchers must be utilized by 31st July 2012.
b. Monthly Indulger
Three (3) winners will be selected from KLIA and one (1) winner will be selected from each of the remaining Participating Airport each month from qualified entries received during the Campaign Period. There are a total of forty (40) Monthly Indulger Prizes. Each prize consists of shopping voucher worth RM500. Prizes will be issued in the form of vouchers and are subject to further Terms and Conditions as stated on the vouchers. All vouchers must be utilized by 29th February 2012. Vouchers may be utilized at any of the retailers at all of the five (5) Participating Airports.
c. Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from the qualified entries submitted during the Campaign Period. The Grand Prize winner will win one (1) Nissan Teana 2.5L V6 Premium 6-cyl, in V-Formation, DOHC 24-Valve with CVTC (including road tax, insurance, delivery charges and other service/handling charges, taxes and/or duties payable within Malaysia only). The colour and/or specifications of the Nissan Teana awarded may differ from what is advertised.
   
5 Selection of winners
 
a. A computer-generated selection will be conducted to shortlist the participants from all qualified entries submitted during the Campaign Period.  The selection of the monthly prizes will be conducted at the end of each month for each Participating Airport and the Grand Prize selection will be conducted after the Campaign Period.
b. All shortlisted participants will be contacted to answer a question via telephone. In the event that the shortlisted participant is unable to answer the question correctly or is not contactable, the next shortlisted participant will then be contacted. The shortlisted participant who correctly answers the question posed to him/ her will win a prize. MAHB shall endeavour to contact by telephone (based on contact details provided) each shortlisted participant on a best effort basis but shall not in any event be obliged to make more than three (3) attempts.
c. For entries submitted in September 2011 to December 2011, the first two (2) shortlisted participants from each Participating Airport who correctly answers the question posed to him/her will win the Monthly First Prize and the following shortlisted participants with the correct answer will win the Monthly Indulger Prize (three (3) from KLIA and one (1) from each of the remaining Participating Airport). For entries submitted in January 2012, the first three (3) shortlisted participants with the correct answer will win the Monthly First Prize and the following participants with the correct answer will win the Monthly Indulger Prize (three (3) from KLIA and one (1) from each of the remaining Participating Airport).
d. All qualified correct entries received from the Campaign Period that have not won any monthly prizes will be eligible for the Grand Prize selection. The first shortlisted participant with the correct answer will win the Grand Prize.
   
6 All winners are required to submit a clear legible photocopy of his/her IC (Malaysian)/Passport (Non-Malaysian) to the organizer which must be received within seven (7) working days, after notification by telephone. “Working day” shall mean a day (other than Saturday, Sunday and public holiday) on which commercial banks are open for business in the state of Selangor, Malaysia.
   
7 Participants may submit as many entries as they wish. Only entries with the original purchase receipt(s) and credit/debit card transactions made by the same cardholder during the Campaign Period from retailers in the Participating Airports will be accepted. Sales memo, sales order and/ or photocopied receipts will be disqualified. Once an entry is submitted, additional receipt(s) cannot be attached to the earlier submission in any manner to increase the value of receipts. Sales memos are not accepted.
   
8 Entries must be dropped into the entry form drop-in box located at the Participating Airports by 11.59p.m., 31 January 2012. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries for the Contest can also be mailed to: Indulge & Win Campaign 2011/12, P.O. Box 3373, 47509 Subang Jaya, Selangor. The closing date for the receipt of mail-in entries is 7 February 2012. Mail-in entries will not be eligible for the Instant Rewards redemption.
   
9 Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. Only entries via normal mail that are sent to the P.O. Box address will be accepted.  Entries sent via despatch, courier service, registered mail, POS Laju and/or any other means of postage other than normal mail will be disqualified. Incomplete, damaged, illegible, late entries and entries with no or wrong proof of purchase (non-original purchase receipts) will be disqualified.
   
10 Every entry is eligible to win only one (1) prize throughout the Campaign Period. For example, the entry that has won any of the monthly prizes will not be eligible to win the Grand Prize. In the event that a participant has submitted more than one (1) qualified entry, his/her other entries that have not won a monthly prize will be eligible to win the Grand Prize. A participant may only win one (1) monthly prize for a particular month.
   
11 Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable and will only be given to winners who are able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of prizes set out herein. Where applicable, winners shall be solely responsible for their own reservation for flight and/or hotel rooms, any other costs, taxes and/or duties payable by them as a result of participation in this Campaign or winning or using any prize thereunder. Winners shall agree to indemnify and keep MAHB sufficiently indemnified against any failure to remit the tax payable to the relevant authorities.
   
12 MAHB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide an alternative prize of an equivalent value without prior notice. MAHB shall not be liable for the prizes that are lost, damaged or stolen during or after the course of collection and/or delivery.
   
13 MAHB reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, delete, add or amend any of the terms and conditions set out herein from time to time without prior notice. By participating in this Campaign, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by the same.
   
14 Participants are fully responsible for any injuries, damages or claims resulting from their participation in this Campaign and/or from the redemption/ usage of prizes.  By accepting and/or collecting any prize, the winner agrees to indemnify MAHB, all its business partners, and other parties related to this Campaign, including their directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, prosecution, judgment, damage, loss or liability incurred related to his/her participation in the Campaign, or his/her acceptance or redemption or use of any prize.
   
15 To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will MAHB or any of its officers, servants, employees, representatives, and/or agents be liable for any loss or damages (including but without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, or otherwise in connection with the Campaign, even if MAHB has been advised of the possibility of such damages in  advance and all such damages are expressly excluded.  
   
16 MAHB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign anytime during the duration of the Campaign without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by MAHB shall not entitle the participants to any claim or compensation against MAHB for any or all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the participant as a direct and/or indirect loss of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
   
17 All entries submitted for the Campaign shall become the property of MAHB.
   
18 MAHB reserves the right to use, publish, disclose or display the name, address, photograph, particulars and/or documents of all winners for advertising and publicity purposes. The winners may be required to attend prize presentations and/or participate in publicity programmes which MAHB may from time to time organise in connection with the Campaign and if so, such winners should attend the functions. No representative(s) will be allowed. Expenses and/or costs incurred by a winner for such attendance shall be borne by the winner.
   
19 MAHB, all its business partners and other parties involved in this Campaign, including their directors, officers and agents are not liable in any way for the following:  a) any expenses incurred for taking part in this Campaign;  b) any sort of technical failure;  c) intervention by unauthorised parties during the Campaign; d)  electronic or human errors in the administration of the Campaign and processing of entries; e) any entry that is lost, stolen, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received.
   
20 MAHB’s decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign including the determination of the eligible participants will be final and binding and no further correspondences or attempts to dispute such decisions will be entertained.
   
21 By participating in this Campaign, each participant undertakes that he/she shall not bring any claims, action or proceedings against MAHB or its associated and related companies relating to this Campaign whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
   
22 MAHB shall not be liable for any default in respect of this Campaign due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of MAHB.
