Terms & Conditions:

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the “Hershey’s Flotilla Buggy Contest” (“Contest”) which is organised by the management of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“Organiser”). Any person who participates in the Contest, whether directly or indirectly (“Participant”), shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound to the Terms and Conditions herein contained.

1. Adherence to Contest Terms and Conditions
   1. By participating in the Contest, Participants shall be deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein contained, and the decisions of the Organiser.
2. Duration
   1. The Contest runs from 00:00 on 21th September 2018 until 23:59:59 on 28th September 2018.
   2. The Organiser reserves the right to vary or change the dates and duration period of the Contest at any time without any prior notice.
3. Eligibility
   1. Subject to Clause 3.2 below, the Contest is opened to all.
   2. The following persons (which shall be determined by the Organiser at its sole and absolute discretion) shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest:-
      1. Any permanent and/or contract employees of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“MAHB”), MAHB’s subsidiaries and/or companies affiliated to MAHB, and their immediate family members.
      2. Representatives, participating outlets and/or agents (including advertising agencies, promotional agencies of MAHB, MAHB’s subsidiaries and/or companies affiliated to MAHB),and their staff and theirs and their staff’s immediate family members.
4. Contest Prizes
   1. 3 eligible winners will win an HERSHEY’S chocolate worth RM100 each.
   2. Participant is only entitled to win 1 [one] prize through-out the entire Contest period.
   3. The prizes are not exchangeable and/or transferable or redeemable for cash.
   4. The prizes need to be collected at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad corporate office during office hours from 1000 – 1600.
5. Rights of the Organiser
   1. The Organiser’s decision in selecting the winner(s) for the Contest is final and conclusive.

   Correspondence will not be entertained.

   2. The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions herein contained at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
6. Liability and Responsibility
   1. All Participants (including winners) in the Contest shall assume full responsibility in case of any accident, damage or loss resulting from participation in any manner in the Contest.
   2. All transportation, accommodation, administration costs and personal costs including but not limited to any other costs, fees and/or expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest and/or redemption and/or courier of the prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.
7. Judging Process

The judging panel consists of Malaysia Airports’ management personnel. Winners will be selected on the basis of artistic merit and that comply with the Terms & Conditions. The results shall be final, binding and non-contestable. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
