SEPANG - Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB or the Company) was ranked as the Best Investor Relations Company (Industrials) by the sell-side analysts in the fifth Institutional Investor's Ranking for the 2015 All-Asia Executive Team. Vinie Chong Pui Ling, Head of Corporate Finance, Treasury and Investor Relations of MAHB was also ranked as the Best Investor Relations Professional (Industrials) by the sell-side analysts in this year’s ranking. This marks the second time Vinie has won the award after the same significant achievement in 2013. What makes the win even more meaningful is that MAHB is the only Malaysian ranked company in the All-Asia Executive Team for this year's edition.
The All-Asia Executive Team is Institutional Investor’s exclusive annual ranking of the region’s corporate leaders as determined by the investment professionals. The All-Asia Executive Team ranking covers 11 countries in Asia including China, India, Australia and Singapore. Similar rankings were also done for America, Europe, Japan and Latin America. The rankings were tabulated from responses of portfolio managers and sell-side analysts of the Asian companies they cover, and to evaluate these businesses on their performance in several Investor Relations attributes, including quality and depth of answers to inquiries, transparency of financial reporting and disclosure as well as the degree of proactive engagement with the investment community.
A total of 1,568 companies across 16 sectors in Asia (excluding Japan) were nominated for the ranking by over 1,440 sell-side analysts, buy-side analysts and portfolio managers at some 600 firms.
