SEPANG – Malaysia Airports today launched its comprehensive HR solution as part of its initiative for better talent retention and development within the company. The leading cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors human capital management (HCM) solutions will be deployed with PwC Consulting Services as the systems integrator and implementation partner.
Given the scale of its workforce of nearly 10,000 employees, Malaysia Airports needed a solution that can help provide the organisation with a comprehensive view of its HR function, from recruitment, to employee onboarding, compensation and development. Based on these growing needs, SAP SuccessFactors software is the ideal solution as it is also scalable.
During the event which was held at Sama Sama Hotel KLIA, Malaysia Airports managing director Datuk Badlisham Ghazali had said that the solution will encompass a comprehensive set of modules such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Workforce Analytics, Workforce Planning, Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning and SAP Jam Advance.
Badlisham also added that, “We are vested in our employees’ growth. This solution will allow us to become more agile in executing our HR strategy as well as keep up with an ever-increasing pace of change and demand for new skills. This initiative is also in line with the broader aim to digitise our entire enterprise through big data analytics (BDA).
