Malaysia Airports Academy (“MAA”) is a training provider for Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“MAHB”). Our role is to provide a learning platform in ensuring all employees are competent, skilful, and knowledgeable to prevent non-conformities to the services rendered to customers. We also extend our services to the external agencies local and international. As a strategic partner in Learning & Development, we strive to create development programs that add value to our clients.
We customize the learning activities to suit the client or participant's requirements. Other than traditional face-to-face classroom activities, we also can provide On-the-job training (OJT) tailored for specific workforce ranging from safety, security to maintenance programs.
MAA strives to provide effective and quality training to our clients. Our training is planned, delivered, and evaluated systematically in response to our client’s need.
Accreditation & Certifications
MAA has been used as a centre for security related programmes conducted by International Civil Aviation Organisation (“ICAO”). In 2011, MAHB received MS ISO 9001:2015 Certification by SIRIM QAS Sdn. Bhd. accreditation bodies, and recognized as the Global Training Hub (GTH) for Asia Pacific region by Airport Council International (ACI) since 2007.
This programme is designed for our external client from Tentera Udara Diraja Malaysia “TUDM”. The course aims to learn about Aerodrome Emergency Plan and Aerodrome Emergency Exercise to comply with international and local authority standards,the proper process to design and organize various types of Aerodrome Emergency Exercise (AEX) and develop an Aerodrome Emergency Plan (AEP).
This programme is designed for onboarding operations staff. The programme will benefit participants with the knowledge on how to execute the role of Airport Operations personnel, having known the fundamentals and a better understanding of the cores of airport operations.
This programme is designed for all Malaysia Airports personnel to demonstrate the operation of an AED for treatment of a sudden cardiac arrest during an emergency, Basic Life Support skills and First Aid management for various injuries or illness.This course describes a method of systematic scene survey and victim’s assessment and implementing the quality CPR for each stage or step.
