DATO’ Sri ISKANDAR MIZAL MAHMOOD
Managing Director

Dato’ Sri Iskandar Mizal Mahmood was appointed as Malaysia Airports new Managing Director on 25 October 2021.
Dato' Sri Iskandar is a corporate leader with over 32 years of experience and had served several companies from multinationals to GLCs, in multiple sectors, of which 18 years were in leadership positions. He had previously served Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) as General Manager (1999-2003) where he had led the Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listing of MAHB on Bursa Malaysia. His portfolio in MAHB had included Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Development, and Investor Relations. He was also involved in international ventures including taking over the operations of India's Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and as Board Member of Cambodia's Phnom Penh and Siem Reap airports.
Dato’ Sri Iskandar also has postal and logistics background having served as Group CEO of Pos Malaysia Berhad (2013-2015). He specialises in turnaround initiatives and was involved in the turnaround of several GLCS. He also led Media Prima Berhad's turnaround from 2019 to 2021 (2019-2020 as Group Executive Director, and 2020-2021 as Group Managing Director). He was involved in the technology sector as founding CEO of Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation Sdn Bhd and Chairman of Malaysian Bio-XCell Sdn Bhd (2005-2011). He had also served on boards of technology sector public listed companies, i.e. Theta Edge Berhad (Chairman 2017-2019, Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) 2019-2021) and Globetronics Technology Berhad (INED 2012-2021). He was also Managing Director of Manipal Education Malaysia Sdn Bhd (2011-2013).
Dato' Sri Iskandar sat on Lembaga Tabung Haji Investment Panel (2016-2018) and had served leading financial institutions including Bumiputra Merchant Bankers Berhad and Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad (1991-1999). He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co in 1989.
Group Chief Financial Officer

Encik Mohamed Bin Rastam Shahrom is the Group Chief Financial Officer on 1st January 2020. Encik Mohamed has over 20 years of experience in the field of finance, investment appraisal, fundraising, financial analysis and planning, finance operations, international JVs and statutory reporting. Prior to joining Malaysia Airports, Encik Mohamed was the Chief Financial Officer of UEM Sunrise. Encik Mohamed holds a BSc (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from University of Wales, Aberystwyth, UK. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Chief Procurement Officer

Ibrahim was appointed as Chief Procurement Officer. Prior to this, he has held numerous supply chain leadership roles in top-notch companies such as Shell, F&N Coca Cola, Warner Lambert, Sapura Crest Petroleum and Perisai Petroleum. Arising from his 26 years journey and exposure in multiple industries ranging from oil and gas to fast moving consumer goods, he possesses a vast and rich body of knowledge, perspective and experience in procurement operations, contract management, cost optimisation, value engineering, project procurement and logistics. He graduated with an honours Degree in Econometrics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1989.
Chief Information Officer

Mr. Vijaykumar Dayinde is the Chief Information Officer of Malaysia Airports effective 1st November 2022.
Mr. Vijay is a Telecom IT Planning, Implementation, and Operation Specialist with over 19 years of experience. He has served globally across multiple organisations, both from System Integrator, and Service Provider side. He also worked across various technologies for fixed and wireless networks. Mr. Vijay has been at the epicenter of every technological storm that has shaken the communication services industry over the last two decades from the Americas to the Far East across 2G, WiMax, 3G, and 4G implementations.
Prior to joining Malaysia Airports, Mr. Vijay was the Head of Data Science & Solutions, and former Head of IT Development of Celcom Axiata Bhd, Malaysia. He was responsible for establishing and executing visions for delivery of E2E IT solutions and has championed major transformation programmes like Big Data (DSAA), CBS, and BSS.
Mr. Vijay holds three Master Degrees including Master of Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University, Master of Computer Applications from Manipal University, and Master of Science – Mathematics from Osmania University, and Bachelor of Science – Computer from Nagarjuna University.
Head of Technical Services

Dr Nor Azlina Binti Mohd Isa is the Head of Technical Services Division effective 1 February 2021.
She is no stranger to Malaysia Airports as she started her career with Malaysia Airports in 2002 as a Civil Engineer and became the GM of Planning & Development in 2011.
Dr Nor Azlina was the Head of Engineering, MA (Sepang) from 2016 to 2018 before she furthered her career with AirAsia as Head, Group Facilities Management & Development.
Dr Nor Azlina holds a Doctorate of Business Administration, Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School, UiTM. Master of Business Administration, UUM. Post Graduate Diploma in Airport Engineering Management, NUS and B. Eng (Hons.) in Civil Engineering, UM.
Her affiliations include the Institute of Value Management Malaysia (IVMM), LeadWomen and Project Management Institute (PMI). She is also accreditated as an International Airport Professional (IAP) in 2011, and she has been contributing to the industry as an instructor for the Airport Planning, Development & Environmental Management (APDE) module under the Global ACI-ICAO Airport Management Professional Accreditation Program (AMPAP)
Head, Group Business Development

Mohammad Nazli joined MAHB as Senior General Manager Commercial on 4 January 2016. He is a Chartered Building Professional who graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia and started his career in quantity surveying and project management. He was instrumental in the initial planning, marketing and sales of the awardwinning 2,300-acre Bukit Jelutong mixed development project - Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad’s maiden foray into property development. Nazli was later attached to TDM Berhad, a listed vehicle of the Terengganu State Government, overseeing their business expansion into property, F&B and healthcare industries, both in Malaysia and the South East Asia region. In 2004, he was appointed as Senior General Manager of Commercial and Chief Operating Officer at KLCC Property Holdings Berhad, managing top-end commercial real estate and was in charge of the operations for various development components within the KLCC precinct.
Senior General Manager, Commercial Services

Hani Ezra Hussin joined Malaysia Airports in 2016. She was appointed to her current role as the Senior General Manager, Commercial Services on 1 June 2021. Before this, she was the General Manager, Commercial Business.
She graduated from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Dubuque, USA.
She started her career in marketing in the fast-moving consumer goods industry in 1997 where she was responsible for managing product portfolios covering all aspects of marketing research, product development as well as promotional initiatives in both above and below the line media.
Her retail career began in 2003 with Suria KLCC where she was responsible for the Marketing division, Customer Service as well as managing Retail Relations. Being the leading shopping mall at the heart of Kuala Lumpur, she and her team had to constantly reinvent and refresh marketing approaches and ideas to deliver an unparalleled shopping experience which contributed to the growth of retail sales for the mall.
Her wealth of more than 20 years of experience in retail, marketing and branding will certainly be valuable in her efforts to grow Malaysia Airports as the preferred regional hub contributing to organisational profitability and performance as well as delivering a customer-centric culture that will provide a memorable experience for all passengers, airlines and retailers.
Hani has been instrumental in leading the Commercial Reset in Malaysia Airports to raise the retail profile of the airports, as well as repositioning the airports beyond transportation hubs through various marketing activities, including the signature annual shopping campaign, License To Win.
MEGAT ARDIAN WIRA MOHD AMINUDDIN
Senior General Manager, Strategy

Megat Ardian Wira Mohd Aminuddin was appointed as the Senior General Manager, Strategy on 1 March 2021. Prior to this appointment, Megat served Malaysia Airports as the General Manager for Corporate Planning and Transformation.
Megat graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Master’s Degree in Aviation. He also possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from the Western Michigan University.
Megat’s extensive experience includes being a consulting trainer for International Air Transport Association (IATA) and other airlines specialising in digital and commercial transformation and strategy initiatives. Megat also has a substantial background in the aviation industry where he worked with AirAsia and Malaysia Airlines Berhad before joining Flynas, a low-cost carrier based in Riyadh, as its Chief Commercial Officer. In addition to his experience in the aviation industry, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC), an agency under the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
Head of Internal Audit

Rosman Nordin joined Malaysia Airports in 2022 as the Head of Internal Audit.
Prior to joining the Company, Rosman was the General Manager of Internal Audit & Risk Management at Alam Maritim Resources Berhad. He has also served with the Petronas group of companies within Malaysia and abroad.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Open University Malaysia and a Bachelor of Accountancy from University Utara Malaysia. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
He has over 20 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance, finance, and JV accounting.
General Manager, Finance Business Partner

Nornajihah joined Malaysia Airports in 2006 as Senior Manager, Finance and was appointed to her current role in 2018. During her tenure with Malaysia Airports, Nornajihah was General Manager, Finance from 2010 to 2017 and was also entrusted to cover the role and responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer from September 2015 to January 2016.
She was selected to participate in the KhazanahGLC Talent Exchange Programme in 2008 and was seconded to Tenaga Nasional Berhad. Prior to Malaysia Airports, she was the Head of Group Accounts in Padiberas Nasional Berhad.
Nornajihah is a registered Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as well as a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Airport Management and received the distinguished Vice Chancellor Award upon her graduation from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She also holds a Degree in Accounting and Finance from South Bank University, London and a Diploma in Accounting from UiTM.
General Manager, Stakeholder Relations & Regulatory Affairs

Datuk Abdullah joined MAHB in 2016 as the General Manager of Stakeholder Relations & Regulatory Affairs. He served the Government for 33 years holding key positions in the Federal Government and its agencies, including a stint as an aide in the private office of the Prime Minister for five years. He also has private sector and academic experience. He worked at Universiti Utara Malaysia from 1991 to 1994 and later at International Islamic University Malaysia. In 1999, he served as the Chief Knowledge Officer and later as Vice President, Multilateral Government Engagement at Multimedia Development Corporation. In 2008, he became the IT advisor at AlBukhary Group of Companies.
He had also founded Altel - a 4G broadband company, and was instrumental in setting up MyTV Broadcasting Company - venturing into digital TV Broadcasting for RTM. Datuk Abdullah also served as Executive Director of Puncak Semangat Sdn. Bhd., a leading IT company. He posseses a Masters Degree (MSc) in Information Science from Loughborough University, UK.
General Manager, Corporate Finance and Treasury

Ai Vin joined MAHB in 2015 and was appointed as General Manager Corporate Finance and Treasury on 1 June 2017. Ai Vin’s primary areas of focus are on the corporate funding, investment and corporate structuring strategies for alignment to MAHB’s overall business strategy and requirements to enhance shareholders value.
Prior to joining MAHB, Ai Vin worked in Transaction Advisory Services of Ernst & Young London. She has also worked in banking and financial advisory sectors in Malaysia and KPMG Singapore.
She has over 16 years’ experience in financial and corporate transaction advisory in Asia and Europe covering business valuation, corporate restructuring, capital market fundraising, financial due diligence, loan portfolio review, merger and acquisition.
Ai Vin holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, the CPA Australia (Certified Practising Accountant) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
General Manager, Project Management Office

Anifruzaidi Ab. Rahim as the General Manager, Project Management Office effective 1 March 2019.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from University of Liverpool and has more than 25 years of experience in construction, airport development consultancy and airport operations. He has worked for some of the most prestigious companies in these fields including Ranhill (leading consulting firm in Malaysia), Malaysian Japanese Airport Consortium, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB), Deutsche AeroConsult GmbH (DACo), Frankfurt Airport GmbH, Leading Edge Aviation Planning Professional (LEAPP), Hill International (Hill) and Landrum & Brown (L&B).
He has also been engaged by International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) as ORAT coordinator, facilitating and coordinating efforts in the operation readiness program at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Thailand. His involvement in major international airports projects in the fields of Project Management, ORAT program and Facility Management provides him with a good insight in management and coordination during airport concept development, design, construction, handover, ORAT planning & implementation and facility management start-up phases.
Prior to this appointment, he was engaged by Landrum & Brown USA as the Senior Managing Consultant for Airport Operation Readiness program at King Abdulaziz International Airport.
General Manager, Operational Excellence and Guest Experience

Azmel holds a B.Sc. Industrial Engineering from University of Toledo, Ohio, USA and Professional Certificate in Management from University of Melbourne. Azmel has 19 years of experience both in local and international companies such as PETRONAS, Goodyear and Schlumberger Business Consulting. He has 6 years experience in operations and 13 years in strategic change and transformation roles. He brings proven methodologies to drive business transformation such as Lean Six Sigma, Performance Improvement and Design Thinking. Prior to this appointment, he was employed by Malaysia Petroleum Resources Corporation as Vice President of Innovation and Technology to drive the development of Malaysian Oil & Gas service providers. He works with both domestic and international companies as well as government agencies to enable technology development initiatives.
General Manager, Aviation Security

Superintendent(R) Zulkifli bin Bashir is the General Manager, AVSEC effective on 16 March 2020. Encik Zulkifli was the Covering General Manager of Aviation Security prior to his appointment.
Encik Zulkifli joined Malaysia Airports from the Royal Malaysian Police in 2010 and assumed the position of Senior Manager - AVSEC (Intelligence/Investigation/Liaison).
Having accumulated more than 40 years of experience in law enforcement, we believe that with his vast knowledge and experience, he will excel in carrying out his responsibilities in Malaysia Airports.
General Manager, Legal and General Manager, Chairman's Office

Cik Nor Aida Othman is our very own home-grown talent appointed as the Acting General Manager, Legal effective 1 April 2019. Cik Aida joined Malaysia Airports as the Senior Manager, Legal in 2012. She was previously seconded to Malaysia Airports from Malaysia Airlines from 2010 to 2011 under the Khazanah Cross Assignment Programme.
From May 2018, she was seconded to MACS Middle East, Doha, Qatar as the Senior Manager, Legal to support its business expansion due for her familiarity in managing stakeholders’ contracts as she was a part of the small team instrumental in setting up MACS Middle East.
Cik Aida has over 25 years experience as an in-house legal counsel, serving in Government-Owned Company, Government-Linked Company and public listed companies namely Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad, Celcom Malaysia Berhad, Technology Resources Industries Berhad (TRI) and Malaysia Airlines. She was also a licenced company secretary in these companies.
Cik Aida holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from International Islamic University. She is also an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Courts of Malaya having been called to the Malaysian Bar in 1993. With her vast experience in legal advisory, she is a natural candidate to assume the role.
Zawardi Salleh @ Mohamed Salleh
General Manager, Company Secretarial

Zawardi Salleh is the General Manager, Company Secretarial effective 1 January 2021. Zawardi was the Covering GM prior to this appointment.
Zawardi brings him more than 20 years’ experience in corporate governance and company secretarial in commercial and public practices, including 15 years as company secretary of public listed companies on oil & gas, shipping, land transportation, construction and property industries.
General Manager, Airport Fire & Rescue Service

Muhammad Hidayat joined Malaysia Airports as a cadet in September 2004 and was appointed to his current position as the General Manager of Airport Fire & Rescue Service (AFRS) effective 1 January 2022. Prior to his current appointment, he has served in various capacity in Malaysia as well as in Maldives’ GMR Male International Airport.
Muhammad Hidayat is a certified International Airport Professional and a graduate of the Institution of Fire Engineers. He obtained his Master of Emergency & Response Planning from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Bachelor of Information Technology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Diploma in Fire Science from Fire and Rescue Academy OF Malaysia.
Muhammad Hidayat was previously appointed as a Safety Assessor under the Airports Council International’s Airport Excellence in Safety Programme, an Industrial Expert in developing National Occupation Skill Standard, a consultant in reviewing ARFF Standard Operating Procedure and Airport Emergency Plan at Ibrahim Nasir International Airport, Maldives, and also appointed as lead trainer in managing the Basic and Advance Training for Hyderabad International Airport.
General Manager, Risk Management & Compliance

Romie was appointed to his current position on 1 July 2022
Prior to his current appointment, Romie was the Acting General Manager of Risk Management & Compliance since September 2021.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Economics (specialising in Accounting and Finance), from The London School of Economics & Political Science, UK, and has s over 24 years of experience spanning various roles in the field of Risk Management, Internal Audit, Finance and Statutory Reporting.
He started his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in 1996 and subsequently moved to MNRB Holdings Berhad (previously known as Malaysian National Reinsurance Berhad) where he rose to the position of Senior Vice President and Group Chief Internal Auditor before he joined Malaysia Airports on 1 April 2016 as the Senior Manager for Risk Management.
General Manager, Internal Audit

Ainon Mahat joined Malaysia Airports in 2001 as Senior Executive and was appointed as the Acting General Manager of Internal Audit on 1 January 2019. She subsequently assumes the role of General Manager of Internal Audit on 1 July 2022. Prior to joining Malaysia Airports in 2001, she started her career with MIMOS and subsequently Infopro Sdn Bhd as the Quality Assurance Manager.
She holds an MBA with concentration in Airport Management, UiTM; Graduate Diploma in Airport Management, NUS; and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Computer Business Information Systems, University of Arkansas, USA.
She has over 27 years of experience in the areas of Governance, Risk and Compliance, and is actively engaged by The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIAM) for Internal Quality Assurance Committee (IQAC), Quality Assurance Review (QAR) and Quality Assurance & Improvement Programme (QAIP) for Bursa Malaysia and reputable listed companies.
Ainon is also a Certified Internal Auditor and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia.
General Manager, Planning, Development, Standard & Safety

Ir. Mohd Khairuddin Shafie was appointed as General Manager of Planning, Development, Standard & Safety (PDSS) effective July 2022. Prior to his appointment, he was the Covering General Manager of the same position.
He holds a B.Eng. (Hons) in Civil Engineering from University of Malaya. He is also a Certified Professional Engineer with the Practicing Certificate from the Board of Engineers Malaysia and a Corporate Member of the Institute Engineers of Malaysia (IEM) since 2007.
Ir. Mohd Khairuddin has 21 years of experience in the Construction and Project Management industry. Before joining Malaysia Airports, he worked with Bina Darulaman Berhad, a leading property developer in Kedah and Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor.
He joined Malaysia Airports in 2007 as a Resident Engineer with Malaysia Airports Management and Technical Services (MAMTS), where he was assigned to manage multiple CAPEX development projects for the Company.
In 2015, he joined the newly formed Project Management Office Division before transferring to Planning Development Standard and Safety Division in 2020 as Senior Manager of Strategic Airport Development.
General Manager, Human Capital Business Partner

Azahar Ab Rahim joined Malaysia Airports in January 2018 as a Senior Manager of HR Services. He was appointed to his current position as the General Manager of Human Capital Business Partner on 1 September 2021.
He has over 21 years of experience across a wide spectrum of HR disciplines with an array of companies including UEM Edgenta, TIME dotcom, Deloitte Consulting (SEA) Sdn Bhd and Telekom Malaysia.
Azahar Ab Rahim holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Business with concentration in Human Resources Management from Arizona State University, USA.
General Manager, Regulatory Economics & Investor Relations

Zeid Abdul Razak joined Malaysia Airports in 2014 and was appointed to his current position as the General Manager, Regulatory Economics & Investor Relations effective 15 January 2022.
He is a Certified Public Accountant from the Malaysia Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a Chartered Accountant from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Zeid started his career at Ernst & Young (EY), both in Malaysia and the United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy (Hons.) from Universiti Malaya.
General Manager, IT Architecture & Strategy

Maz Hiza Nazly Othman joined Malaysia Airports on 16 November 2022 as the General Manager of IT Architecture & Strategy.
Nazly has over 18 years of experience spanning IT development, IT operations, IT service management, IT strategy, IT architecture, and IT governance. He has also led various key business support system transformation projects, and enterprise architecture initiatives, as well as driving application rationalisation and modernisation on top of technology standardisation.
Prior to joining Malaysia Airports, Nazly was the General Manager of IT Strategy & Architecture at Telekom Malaysia Berhad and covered the position of Vice President of IT Services while at TM. He was also involved in the system development of Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali.
Nazly holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (IT Management) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (Software Engineering) from Multimedia University.
He is also a TOGAF certified architect with several other certifications in ITIL and Agile Leadership.
General Manager, Corporate Communications

Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Shukreen Ma has worked in the fields of Broadcasting, Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, Strategic Communications and Culture Transformation across various industries over a span of 20 years.
She began working in broadcasting with Media Prima, before joining public relations consultancy, Perception Management Sdn Bhd. She later spent 12 years at PETRONAS, which included stints with the Group Corporate Affairs Department as well as a series of secondments to the Group's Shipping, Fuel Retail and Marketing subsidiaries. She then returned to PETRONAS' corporate office in a communications and culture transformation role in the office of the Group President and CEO in 2015.
In 2018, she joined Bursa Malaysia to lead the Strategic Communications team before leaving for a short career break. She then joined Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) to drive the company's culture transformation, and progressed to lead TNB's Group Corporate Communications department in 2021.
Shukreen graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Communications from HELP Institute, Kuala Lumpur. She is a firm believer in purpose-driven work, and juggles her job with raising two little gentlemen, as well as personal interests such as reading, diving and good coffee.
General Manager, Research & Planning

Juanita Armia Mohd Momin was appointed as General Manager, Research & Planning on 1 April 2023.
Juanita Armia started her career in research and technical analysis in the share market, product development and marketing field. Prior to that, she was a tutor at Universiti Putra Malaysia while pursuing her postgraduate studies.
Upon the completion of her studies, she pursued a career as an academician before joining Malaysia Airports in 2000.
She is also part of an active think tank group, at3 since 2014. The group is affiliated with and registered under ACI World Economics.
Juanita Armia holds a Master’s in Economics from Universiti Putra Malaysia. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia.
General Manager, Commercial Business

Zulhikam graduated with a Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 1996. Although a certified public accountant, he found his passion in retail. With more than 12 years experience in a leading oil and gas company, Zulhikam started as a graduate trainee and was subsequently groomed to take on various roles within the organisation. His previous portfolio included Finance, Retail Operation, Health, Safety, Security and Environment, as well as Training and Learning Development for Malaysia, Singapore and Asia Pacific. After that, he joined a leading international hypermarket chain from 2008 to 2010, where he led the turnaround of one of their outlets in Klang Valley. His last position before joining MAHB was as the General Manager of Sales and Operations for 7-Eleven stores in Malaysia where he served for five years from 2010 to 2015, and transformed their operations and business processes to where theyare now. Since joining MAHB on 15 January 2015, he has successfully turned around the business in 2016 and 2017, MA (Niaga) is on track to record a double digit sales growth with the highest monthly sales recorded in the month of December 2017.

Dato’ Azmi started his aviation career in 1970 with the Department of Civil Aviation (now known as CAAM) as an Air Traffic Controller. From 1984 to 1998, Dato’ Azmi was the Airport Manager for several domestic and international airports in Malaysia. When KLIA opened in 1998, he was appointed as the Head of Operations for MA (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd. His 14 years of experience as Airport Manager at various airports has provided him with substantial experience and management acumen of airport operations. He then held various senior management positions covering different portfolios, namely General Manager of Sepang International Circuit in 2000, General Manager of Corporate 34 Communications and Air Traffic Services in 2001, and later General Manager of MA (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd. from 2004 to 2006.
Dato’ Azmi was the Chairman of the Airport Council International World Facilitation and Services Standing Committee until November 2011. He was also the Chairman of MAHB Whistleblowing Independent Committee. He was appointed to his current position on 2 September 2015 and is now based in Istanbul, Turkey. In his current position, he chairs the Business Steering Committee and Management Procurement Committee of ISG and LGM. He is also a member of ISG and LGM’s Audit and Risk Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Procurement Committee. Dato’ Azmi holds 8,123 MAHB shares.
Senior General Manager, Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd.

Mohd Arif was appointed as General Manager of Operations for Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd. on 1 August 2016. He holds a Diploma in Banking Studies from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 1986 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2003 and a Graduate Diploma in Aviation and Airport Management from the National University of Singapore in 2007. He was accredited under the ACI-ICAO Airport Management Professional Accreditation Program as an International Airport Professional in 2011.
Arif started his service with the Government in 1991 with Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM). His career with MAHB started in 1994 and prior to his appointment as the General Manager of MA Sepang, he served in various divisions in MAHB including as the Senior Manager of Penang International Airport, Terminal Manager of Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Airport Manager of Sultan Ismail Petra, Head of Security in Penang International Airport, Airport Manager in Sultan Azlan Shah Airport and Head of Security in Sultan Abdul Halim Airport.
Executive Director, Malaysia Airports Consultancy Services Middle East LLC (MACS ME)

AHMAD TARMIZI MOHD HASHIM
Executive Director, Malaysia Airports Consultancy Services Middle East LLC (MACS ME)
With over 30 years of experience in aviation industry, Ahmad Tarmizi has worked in various countries including Canada, United States of America, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Turkey, and Caribbean. He started his career as an Air Traffic Controller with Department Civil of Aviation (now known as CAAM). Opted to join Malaysia Airports Berhad in 1992, Tarmizi was heavily involved in the KLIA project and was instrumental in ensuring smooth operations of the new airport that opened for commercial operations in 1998.
An expert in Operations, Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT), in 1998 he left KLIA to pursue international airport consulting jobs in many parts of the world namely Incheon, Istanbul, Sydney, Harare and many more which then brought him to Montreal where he worked with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) as its Head of Airport Development and Design. With IATA, he was involved in more airport projects in America, Europe and Asia. He then returned home and rejoined Malaysia Airports. Before being appointed as the Executive Director of Malaysia Airports Consultancy Services Middle East LLC on 1 February 2016, he has held many positions which include being the Technical Director, Senior Airport Consultant and the General Manager of Malaysia Airports Consulting Services.
His current role allows him to expand his repertoire to include airport IT systems and Facility Management. Throughout his career, Tarmizi has been involved in more than 40 airport projects worldwide. Ahmad Tarmizi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Keele University, UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Airport Management from the International Aviation Management Training Institute, Canada.
Head of KLIA Aeropolis Sdn. Bhd.

Randhill joined MAHB in January 2008 and has since undertaken various roles and responsibilities across Transformation Management, Malaysia International Aerospace Centre and Group Corporate Planning.
Randhill has been instrumental in crafting the Runway to Success 2020 (RtS2020), a transformative 5-year business direction centred on enhancing the core airport business and customer experience, as well as driving the Group’s expansion and diversification into airport city development and international airport investments. He currently leads the Land Development division, overseeing KLIA Aeropolis’ development and real estate development across airports in Malaysia.
He has been responsible for the execution of Malaysia Airports’ cross-border joint ventures related to real estate/non-airport development within Malaysia, namely Mitsui Fudosan’s 1st foray into ASEAN to develop Kuala Lumpur 1st premium outlet and most recently, Cainiao Network’s 1st Electronic World Trade Platform (eWTP) Hub outside China & Regional E-Commerce hub at KLIA Aeropolis DFTZ Park.
He was appointed as the General Manager of Land Development on 10 July 2017. Randhill is a certified International Airport Professional (IAP) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) holder with a Degree in Civil Engineering from University Malaya.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ISG & SGC

With 11 years of working experience in ISG, Albayrak has held various positions including chief operating officer and was the technical services director prior to this appointment. Previously, Albayrak was also the department manager for Limak and GMR Joint Venture, director of the construction division for DHMI Turkey and assistant project manager for Baki Group of Companies. Albayrak is a civil engineer by profession.
Chief Financial Officer, ISG

Tahirah Moh. Nor was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of ISG effective 1 May 2022. Prior to joining Malaysia Airports, Tahirah was the CFO of Orkim Sdn Bhd, a portfolio company of Ekuinas Nasional Berhad.
She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from University Malaya, and she is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Malaysian Institute of Chartered Accountants (MICPA) and Malaysia Association of Corporate Treasurers (MACT).
Tahirah has over 20 years of experience spanning the Oil and Gas industry, property development, shipping, and assurance services.
Senior General Manager, Malaysia Airports Sdn. Bhd.

Kamaruzzaman was appointed as the General Manager of Malaysia Airports Sdn. Bhd. (MASB) on 1 January 2018. Prior to this, he held the position of Senior Manager of Operations for MASB, overlooking the operations of all airports in Malaysia except for KLIA and klia2. His previous work experience includes being the Senior Airport Manager for Kota Kinabalu International Airport and also the Airport Manager for Miri Airport, Sultan Ismail Petra Airport, Kota Bharu and Sultan Mahmud Airport, Kuala Terengganu.
Kamaruzzaman started his career with the Department of Civil Aviation (now known as CAAM) in 1984, working with the Engineering Division at the then Sultan Ismail Airport, Johor Bahru. He then moved to join the Kuala Lumpur International Airport team in 2000 as the Operations Executive. He holds a Degree in Business Administration from MARA University of Technology and a Diploma in Airport Management from National University of Singapore. He is also accredited with the International Airport Professional from International Civil Aviation Organisation.
General Manager, MAB Agriculture-Horticulture Sdn. Bhd. (MAAH)

Azhar Arshad joined MAHB in 1998. Prior to this, he held several positions in Sime Darby Plantations and was posted to estates in Peninsula Malaysia focussing in oil palm and rubber plantations.
He started his career in 1988 in Sime Darby Plantations before joining MAB Agriculture-Horticulture Sdn Bhd (MAAH) as a Manager and was later promoted as Senior Manager till 2016. He was appointed to his current position on 1 September 2017.
He holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of Victoria, Australia. He is also a member of Incorporated Society of Planters (ISP).
General Manager, Urusan Teknologi Wawasan Sdn. Bhd. (UTW)

Nurshuhaila Mohd Amin is the General Manager, Urusan Teknologi Wawasan Sdn. Bhd. (UTW) effective 1 November 2018.
Nurshuhaila started her career with Malaysia Airports in 2008 as Manager, Corporate Planning at UTW. She was later promoted as Senior Manager, Corporate Development in 2012. And in 2015, she was assigned as covering General Manager UTW. A natural motivator, Nurshuhaila is also a Master Trainer for in-house motivation and change program called “I Start First”.
Nurshuhaila holds a Master in Business Administration from Open University of Malaysia, a Degree in Computer Studies from University of Glamorgan, Wales, UK and a Diploma in Computer Science from University Teknologi Mara.
With her vast knowledge, experience and proven leadership, we are certain that she is the best candidate to take the helm of UTW and bring the company to greater heights.
General Manager, Sama-Sama Hotels KLIA

Sundra Kulendra graduated with a Master’s Degree in Hotel Management from Universite de Toulouse-Le-Mirail, France and Diploma in Hotel Management from Ecole Hotelier Les Roches, Switzerland. He studied and worked professionally in Switzerland for 12 years in various hotels and resorts. Returned to Malaysia in 1996 as the pre-opening team for Sunway Hotel & Resort till 1999. Enhanced his experience with Compass Group (MAL) as the General Manager Operations till 2008 where he joined the Pan Pacific Group. Sundra is the General Manager Sama-Sama Hotels KLIA since 16 April 2018. He plays a vital role during the rebranding exercise of Sama-Sama Hotel from Pan Pacific KLIA in 2013.
General Manager, Operations Terminal 2

Shahrunnizam joined Malaysia Airports in 1999 as a Senior Executive with MA (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd. and was appointed to his current position on 1 February 2022.
He had over 20 years of experience working with Malaysia Airports, and he had held various responsibilities within the organisation. This includes senior positions in landscaping and ground beautification at KUL, Formula 1 management at Sepang International Circuit and various landside operations and management roles at KUL.
Prior to joining Malaysia Airports, Shahrunnizam was a Landscape Construction Manager with Arkitek Jururancang Malaysia where he was part of the team that contributed to the completion of KL International Airport in 1998 and other megaprojects throughout Malaysia.
Shahrunnizam graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia with a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture (Landscape) in 1996. He was trained in Landscape Maintenance at the Royal Botanical Garden in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia. He also obtained his Corporate Diploma in Airport Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, where he solidified and expanded his operational competencies and expertise.
Project Director Client Office KLIA

Bibi Sabrena is our very own home-grown talent who has been appointed as Project Director Client Office KLIA. She started her career with Malaysia Airports in 2006 as an Engineer at Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd. Prior to assuming the role of Project Director, she was the Acting General Manager for Engineering at Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd.
Bibi Sabrena holds a Master’s Degree in Facility Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) from UiTM. Bibi Sabrena is also currently a candidate for a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in Airport Concentration.
General Manager, Engineering MA (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd.

Ir Azman joined Malaysia Airports in 1999 as an Engineer and was appointed to his current position on 16 November 2020. Prior to joining Malaysia Airports, Ir Azman served at Jurutera Perunding Daya Sdn Bhd as a Geotechnical Engineer, and EKD Construction Sdn Bhd as a Quality Control Engineer.
He was involved in the construction projects of Lebuhraya Pantai Timur and also KL Sentral. He is also the current president of Malaysia Airports Engineering Club (AeroEC).
General Manager, MA (Niaga)

Md Fadzwin Abdul Rahim was appointed the General Manager of Malaysia Airports (Niaga) Sdn Bhd effective 1 July 2022. Prior to this, he was the Covering General Manager of MA (Niaga) Sdn Bhd.
Md Fadzwin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Retailing) and a Diploma in Agriculture Engineering.
He joined Malaysia Airports in 1994 as Assistant Duty Manager of MA (Niaga). From 1997 until 2006, he held several positions and portfolios within MA (Niaga) before being promoted to Senior Manager of Information Management in 2007.
He was later assigned to head the Support Service and Supply Chain of MA (Niaga) in 2010, which sees him leading a team in tendering for business opportunities at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. He also leads the relocation exercise from Subang Airport to KLIA and from LCCT to klia2.
During his tenure with MA (Niaga), he also participated in tendering exercises for New Delhi, Cebu and Jeddah airports. Internally, he had also participated in several Cross-Functional initiatives under the Blue Ocean Strategy and INSEAD programs.
Before joining Malaysia Airports, Md Fadzwin was attached to AEON (formerly known as JUSCO).
General Manager, Operations KLIA

Abd Hasman was appointed to his current position on 1 February 2022.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Foodservice Management and a Corporate Diploma in Airport Management. Abd Hasman has also successfully completed his Diploma in Chef Training from Universiti Teknologi MARA and has attended the ACI Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme.
