Malaysia Airports will again play host to another major aviation industry – Future Travel Experience (FTE) Asia 2014, a unique forum for travel industry stakeholders focusing on the end-to-end travel process from the passenger point of view the passenger. Among the keynotes already confirmed are: Datuk Badlisham Ghazali, Managing Director, Malaysia Airports; Aireen Omar, CEO and Executive Director, AirAsia; Dean Dacko, SVP, Head of Marketing & Product, Malaysia Airlines; Azran Osman-Rani, CEO, AirAsia X; and Rossen Dimitrov, Vice President Customer Service, Qatar Airways.
On 3 Dec, there will also be an exclusive ‘klia2 symposium’ a special presentation which will outline in great detail the thinking behind the world’s largest purpose-built terminal for low-cost carriers which opened in May 2014, how it has been delivered and why it is a great experience for airline companies, the people who work there and every passenger who travels through it.
