New Passenger Flow Management System Heightens Safety And Efficiency At ISG

SEPANG - Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport (ISG) in Turkey has implemented a new passenger flow management system to heighten passenger safety and operational efficiency. The system, known as Xovis PTS is part of the Group-wide Airports 4.0 digital initiative aimed at improving travelling experience at airports within the new norms. The Xovis PTS comprises 184 state-of-the-art sensors that will automatically detect congestion at touchpoints, providing real time information to the airport’s main command centre so that quick action can be taken manage and resolve the situation.

Heightened Safety Protocols At Airports Nationwide In Support Of The National Recovery Plan

SEPANG – Safety protocols at the network of airports operated by Malaysia Airports have been heightened in line with the latest Movement Control Order (MCO) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), in support of the National Recovery Plan announced by the Prime Minister. These improved SOPs aim to help the country flatten the curve and mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Malaysia Airports Takes Stern Action Against Rude Airport Staff

SEPANG - Malaysia Airports does not condone rude behaviour on the part of any of its staff and has taken disciplinary action on its Aviation Security (AVSEC) personnel following an incident where airport guest, Noorul Huda Abdul Wahab had reported she was discourteously treated when attempting to enter the terminal building at KL International Airport (IATA Code: KUL) to send off her family last weekend. 

Upon being made aware of the incident, we had immediately launched an investigation which confirmed that the incident was as reported.
